The stand alone version of ADP Windows was a solid product but as soon as they went to web based, the functionality diminished.
The Workforce Now platform with Human Resources and Benefits allows for ease of Employee Self Service and Employees are very excited about the ability to make changes to the W4 and Direct deposits as well as log in and view their benefits plans and make elections online. As a practitioner the uses are endless. I truly enjoy this product from the HR&B, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Employee Self Service, Talent...endless capability.

Web functionality and integration (with HRB or other systems) need improvement. It would be great if ADP could create a software that was all in one instead of having 30 different pieces trying to work together (and all speaking different languages).
I wouldlike to see customer service improve and more cross training between platforms. It seems that ADP employees are so gated in their training. Payroll doesn't know anything about HRB, ezLM has no idea about payroll. It's very hard when their are so many moving parts, and depending on who answers the phone when you need assistance, can weigh heavily on the answer you receive.
