Spanish Video Presentations

Our three video presentations address the importance of partipating in health insurance, complying with safety training, and participating in a retirement plan when working in the United States. They counter the typical objections that Spanish speakers have to these three issues, and are designed to be shown at the beginning of an enrollment meeting or training, as part of new-hire orientation, or when employees become newly eligible for benefits. Employers who have used them have seen benefits participation double and OSHA recordable incidence rates drop from as high as 7.5 to zero.
