Product Description The Meaningful Work Inventory® is a comprehensive employee survey of the most critical workplace factors known to organizational science.

It includes meaningful work characteristics, which are emerging as some of strongest drivers of employee attitudes and behaviour. It includes employee engagement – the way it was originally conceived, and now nearly forgotten.

With over 40 dimensions in about 15 minutes, it’s everything you could want from an employee survey, plus more of what you need.

Engagement, effort, commitment, and performance are important, but these are outputs. They don’t happen unless people view their work as personally meaningful.
