Product Description Whether a personal goal or career development for corporate leaders, Crenshaw helps qualified candidates prepare for Board service. This involves defining what a candidate brings to a Board, what they hope to learn in return, preparing him or her for introductions and interviews, and building an effective plan that will help them land a Board seat.

To do this, we craft a Board resume and bio and make the candidate’s availability known through marketing and networking efforts. We also provide “Directors’ College” — a highly personalized curriculum that defines the roles, responsibilities, and risks of being a corporate Director in today’s environment. Later, we assist in due diligence to make sure Clients pick the right board, and we provide legal support for reviewing the adequacy of their D&O insurance.

Crenshaw has been in the business of supporting senior executive career changes for nearly 30 years. This includes help for executives changing job, those interested in becoming corporate or not-for-profit Directors, and individuals interested in planning a business-oriented, “portfolio” retirement.

We work 1:1 with each Client and coordinate support from our external “Experts” who advise on special subject matter—image, communications, interview training, technology, compensation, and contract negotiations. We not only develop a strategy for each individual client, but then support them with the campaign infrastructure they’ll need to make a move.

Bottom line: Crenshaw supports transitioning executives from start to finish with the most comprehensive service available.
