Global RPO results and how KellyOCG is responding to meet clients needs

KellyOCG in partnership with HROA (Human Resources Outsourcing Association) conducts an annual industry research report to gauge perspectives on recruiting challenges, RPO solutions and adoption, as well as, priorities and expectations of global talent management practitioners.

The inaugural 2008 Global RPO report, based on 2007 research, provides a base line on the growing importance of RPO as a strategic talent management tool and shares insights from early RPO adopters.
The 2009 Global RPO report provides a comparative perspective on similar issues but in the context of the 2008/2009 global recession. Both reports share noteworthy distinctions between Americas, EMEA and APAC regions.

In addition, Zachary and Candy will provide insight into how to successfully manage a global RPO program and what key differentiators to look for when selecting an RPO provider.
