Description
Each 60-minute WebCast is delivered in a professional broadcast style that includes a program moderator and subject matter expert, both of whom are seasoned Disney Institute facilitators. You can actively participate in the session through engaging questions and polls about the content or though an on-line Q&A with your facilitators immediately following the program. Also you will receive a handout to use as a starting point for adapting the business practices you’ve learned to your organization.

In today’s rapidly changing business climate, organizational success is more dependent than ever on creativity and innovation. Tapping the wellspring of employee creativity is a hallmark at Disney and the primary driver behind its continued success. Understand how leaders create a steady flow of ideas that result in innovative products, services and experiences.

Disney Institute does not guarantee a specific facilitator for its program deliveries.

Each of our professional facilitators is a true Disney "insider." This means that not only are they successful trainers, they have also worked their way up through the ranks of the Disney organization. As distinguished Disney veterans, ranging from 10 to over 30 years with our company, they have performed a variety of roles in nearly every sector of a Disney Destination.

From front-line hosts and peer leaders to managers and trainers, their expertise covers food & beverage, marketing/sales, merchandise, hotel/resorts, Guest relations, accounting, human resources/training, entertainment/attractions, animal husbandry, transportation and many other fields.  Our Disney Institute facilitators have been educated in the nation's top colleges and universities. Their Disney experience ranges from several to over 30 years, and all of them have worked with a wide variety of clients including most Fortune 500 companies.
