| Description |
Tracking intermittent FMLA leave poses a major challenge. In fact, the top complaint of employers that are subject to the FMLA is employee abuse of the intermittent leave benefit. Even with knowledge of the basics, it’s easy to get confused when it comes to determining what constitutes a serious medical condition under FMLA and applying intermittent leave laws in different situations.
Join ADP and Peter A. Susser of Littler Mendelson for this informative discussion and Q&A session on the most common problems HR managers confront with intermittent leave under the FMLA. Drawing on years of FMLA litigation experience, Mr. Susser sheds light on what the courts say and arms you with critical information you need to know to protect your organization from abuse.
