Topic: Maximizing the Business Impact of Workforce Reporting
  Date: July 21, 2009 at 11:00 - 12:00 PM ET

Description
Workforce reporting at most organizations tends to rely upon labor-intensive, operational reports created separately for each end-user audience. More often than not, reports serve as “nice-to-know” summaries rather than “need-to-know” analysis of current business problems.

However, more and more organizations are seeking to improve the quality of workforce reporting through several initiatives:

1. HR Business Partners, often the conduit through which decision-makers receive workforce reports, are increasingly expected to utilize workforce analytics as part of their consultative responsibilities. As such, workforce reporting functions are tasked with designing user-friendly reports that clearly link human capital insights to specific business decisions.

2. Workforce Reports are made available in a variety of formats, customized to end-user needs. From executive scorecards to packaged analytics and issue-focused dashboards, workforce reports are an essential element for talent management planning and execution.

In this webcast, Infohrm’s workforce reporting experts will outline how progressive organizations are creating workforce reporting functions that serve as value-add internal consulting partners.

A member of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida’s HR Metrics Team, an Infohrm client, will join Infohrm in this webcast. Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida’s workforce reporting team has created a range of scorecards and issue-based reports that have improved how key audiences (senior executives, line leaders, etc.) apply workforce data to their decisions. Highlights include Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida’s workforce metrics journey, the important decisions the team made along the way, and some lessons learned that all HR functions should be aware of when driving the utilization of workforce data will be shared in this webcast.
