| Description |
Though some may view the green business movement as simply a fad, or as less important given the context of our current economic situation, it is primary component of a sustainable business philosophy. A recent study from the Kenexa Research Institute examined the effects of sustainable practices have on employee opinions, behavior, and performance. For example, the positive effect that an organization’s Sustainability practices has on how an employee feels about their senior leadership, employee confidence, whether or not an employee feels compelled to join or stay with the organization will be discussed. Examples of how organizations are benefitting from sustainable business practices will be discussed.
