| Description |
Survey research has solidified its position as a critical strategic tool for effective information flows, enabling higher levels of organizational performance and helping to determine the organization’s strategic directions. Jeffrey Saltzman and Jeffrey Jolton, two long-term practitioners in the area of survey research, will describe the future potential of and emerging trends that organizational change/development efforts utilizing survey research can take. Both process and content areas of the survey as a tool for organizational improvement and
effectiveness will be discussed. Additional topic areas include the utilization of linkage work and organizational experiences to build and drive high performance cultures, defining the employee brand, creating the employee experience and new methods of predicting organizational outcomes.
