Topic: Thinking Out of the Recruiting Box – The New Job Candidate
  Date: April 10, 2008 at 3:00 - 4:00 PM ET

Description
Fluctuating economic conditions are making some companies skittish about their hiring plans.  The reality is that the need for quality candidates is consistent regardless of financial ebbs and flows and good recruiters need to always be recruiting.  When budgets tighten, what’s the best way to identify and onboard talent?  Join this webcast to explore new ways of finding qualified job candidates by engaging them in non-traditional ways.  College interns gain valuable knowledge and can be recruited into full-time positions; recent retirees can be retained in other capacities; and new parents seeking flexible work schedules can job share with others to satisfy FTEs.  Taking this approach might be the short-term investment to finding the right long-term full time employee!
