| Description |
Everyone has creative instincts. The challenge for every individual and organization is to determine how to fully understand and utilize its creative potential. Using techniques from the new training assessment, the Creative Style Profile, author Beverly Olevin will discuss how people are creative, and investigate ways people can use creativity to their full advantage. This webinar will give you the tools you need to determine the particular creativity preferences for yourself or your staff. It will help you see old things in new ways, increase your ability to be innovative, and uncover your creative abilities to lead and work with others.
Discussion topics for this unique webinar include the definition of creativity, the ways it can be learned, the barriers of creative thinking, and the manner in which creative thinking enhances teamwork and collaboration.
The webinar is based off of the Creative Style Profile, a new training assessment developed by Beverly Olevin, Beverly Kaye, and Pfeiffer. The 24-item profile is easy to rate and score. It is suitable for use by any trainer or consultant and is relevant to all employee levels. The profile can be administered as a self-assessment, or aggregated to arrive at a team creativity profile. |
