| Description |
| One of the biggest challenges around the employee survey process is that employees often don’t see action taken on their input. When employees don’t feel their voices are being heard, they lose trust in their organization’s leadership, and in the survey process, leading to a decrease in engagement. Emera, a large energy and services company with more than 2,000 employees, took action on employee survey feedback, and communicated that action across their enterprise, clearly linking action to employee input, resulting in an increase in engagement scores. Emera also noted that customer satisfaction increased with the rise in engagement. And with the increases in customer satisfaction and employee engagement came an increase in Emera’s shareholder value. Join Janice Sutton, HR Program Coordinator at Emera, and John Wickett, Senior Consultant at ClearPicture Corporation, to learn how actions build trust, re-engaging employees by showing them how they contribute to their organization’s growth. This webinar will provide some best practices around engagement survey design, action plan development, implementation, and good communication for improved bottom lines and increased shareholder value. |
