Description
Award-winning and bestselling author, Jim Kouzes, has been investigating the practices of exemplary leadership for twenty-five years. His research with Barry Posner on “personal best leadership” led to the discovery of The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership®, those actions that consistently account for how leaders get extraordinary things done in organizations. Their findings are based on solid research involving more than 12,000 written cases, 500 personal interviews, 1 million leader and over 3 million observer responses to The Leadership Practices Inventory, and the complementary research conducted by over 400 other scholars using Jim’s and Barry’s tools. Jim refers to their work as “evidence-based leadership,” and in this webinar Jim will share with us the most up-to-date findings on what leaders do to generate positive work attitudes and produce outstanding performance. He will also share the latest observations from his and Barry’s most recent book, The Truth About Leadership. Known for his straight-talk about leadership, Jim is sure to challenge and provoke us to re-examine how we nurture and develop leaders for the future.
